Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans v SEM Phoenix 31/12/25

Another sellout New Year's Eve game, this time against the SEM Phoenix. Close game for the most part, but they snuck away from us in the second half. Can't remember the last game that had no timeouts in a quarter, either - the Minis usually perform in the first timeout of Q2, but there wasn't one so they had to double up in Q3 and the 3 / 4 interval.

A game with 27 lead changes, and tied up 7 times, in front of an audience number that matches the Convention Centre's postcode - 4870.

That's it for 2025, but not for the season, so we will be back on Saturday 10th against the Bullets. Got Illawarra and Melbourne in between now and then.
